JOE

MIDNIGHT TRACKS

Joe is an exploration of primary sources left by my grandfather, Dr. Joseph Badi. He was a Holocaust survivor, and I never met him. It uses sections of the cassette tapes he recorded in 1987 telling his life story, and is an attempt to have a conversation with a man I never met.

Producing Organization: Joe’s Movement Emporium
Dates: Released 05.29.2021
Created by Rebecca Wahls
Featuring the voice and words of Dr. Joseph Badi
Transcription by Debbie Wahls
Special Guest Aaron Sulkin
